QUETTA: The tragic martyrdom of Additional Deputy Commissioner Hidayatullah Baloch, who was brutally gunned down in Surab by Fitna Al Hindustan. The incident, which occurred at the official’s residence, has sent shockwaves across the province and beyond.
The cowardly attack has drawn fierce condemnation from the public, who are demanding decisive action against the perpetrators.
“This was not just a murder of a civil servant; this was an attack on the state,” said a Quetta resident.
“Those who target our institutions are trying to destabilize Pakistan. They must be eliminated.”
Furthermore, citizens have labelled the BLA and the Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) as “Fitna Al-Hindustan”, agents of chaos believed to be backed by hostile foreign elements seeking to disrupt peace in the region.
In this sense, the loss of a respected officer like ADC Hidayatullah Baloch, known for his dedication and integrity, has been met with a heartfelt response.
“We share the grief of his family and stand with them in this tragic moment,” said a community elder. This was a man who served with honor, and he was targeted in the very place he called home. There is no greater injustice.
There is growing demand for immediate military and law enforcement operations to eliminate the remnants of terrorist cells operating in the region.
Meanwhile, many believe that those who support or facilitate these militants should also face the full force of the law.
In addition, citizens across Quetta raised slogans of solidarity with the armed forces and the state.
