4 Key BLA Terrorists Arrested in Turbat and Mastung Operations

QUETTA: Security forces have arrested four key BLA terrorists during targeted operations in Turbat and Mastung.

These individuals were involved in the deadly attack in Surab, where Assistant Commissioner Revenue Hidayatullah Baloch was martyred and the Levies police station was set ablaze.

The operation was the result of sustained efforts by a top-tier intelligence fusion cell, which used geo-fencing, CTD informant networks, and human intelligence provided by local residents to track the suspects.

Intelligence revealed that the terrorists could not retreat to the mountains due to blockades and were hiding in urban areas, with the help of local elements linked to the BYC.

To maintain operational secrecy and avoid media disruption, simultaneous raids were carried out in Turbat and Mastung based on solid evidence.

The arrests confirmed that the Surab attack was not a public uprising but rather a planned act backed by foreign handlers and local facilitators.

The BLA had launched a coordinated attack in late May on Surab’s main market, DC House, and the Levies station. During this assault, Hidayatullah Baloch bravely fought and embraced martyrdom.

The arrests mark the first step in avenging his blood, but the fight is not over. State institutions have proven that they act with patience and decisive force. The nation must reject false narratives, condemn the BLA and its enablers, and carry forward the mission of martyrs with words, votes, and unity.
