KABUL: Terrified residents of Kabul have confirmed that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) carried out multiple airstrikes in the Afghan capital, according to local media reports.
A resident of Kabul, speaking via text message to a local media outlet, verified the strikes, stating that the PAF conducted three separate attacks within the span of just one hour in the city.
These strikes in Kabul are reportedly part of a broader new wave of Pakistani military action. According to local accounts, Pakistani jets have also targeted several other areas, including Kandahar and Khost province. The operations are said to be aimed at militant hideouts located within Afghan territory.
As of now, the Taliban regime has not issued any official reaction to these claims. However, the confirmation from residents in Kabul provides firsthand testimony of the military activity in the heart of the country.
