QUETTA: The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE), Quetta, has today declared the results of the Diploma of Associate Engineer Annual Examination 2025.
A total of 2,254 candidates participated in the examination, of whom 1,212 were successful, achieving an overall pass rate of 53.77%. A breakdown of the results shows that 43.27% of first-year students passed (386 out of 892), followed by 51.90% in the second year (355 out of 684), and a strong pass rate of 69.46% in the third year (471 out of 678).
The top-performing candidates, all students of the Government Polytechnic Institute for Girls, Quetta, are as follows:

First Position: Maryam Amjad, daughter of Amjad Ali Khan (Roll No. 254536), with 2798 marks.

Second Position: Zamzama, daughter of Abdul Qayyum (Roll No. 254554), with 2793 marks.

Third Position: Delak Zafar, son of Zafar Javed (Roll No. 254534), with 2770 marks.

The Chairman of the Board, Muhammad Ishaq, along with Secretary Muhammad Azeem Sajidi and other senior officials, extended their congratulations to the successful candidates, with special recognition for the high achievers. Mr Ishaq stated that the nation holds great expectations for its youth and expressed confidence that the students would continue to work diligently to bring pride to the country, the nation, and the province.
He also conveyed his appreciation to the teaching staff of Balochistan, the Board’s personnel, and specifically the Examinations Technical Department, Results Branch, IT Section, and inspection teams for their dedicated efforts in the conduct of the examination and the timely preparation of the results.
