QUETTA: The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) held rallies in several cities including Surab and declared the homes of its workers as safe houses. Hundreds of people in Surab protested against the arrest of Dr. Mahrang from the BYC platform.
According to sources, the BYC’s workers houses from which the terrorists came out on the night of the Surab attack were previously used for temporary accommodation or meeting activities of the BYC leadership.
The spectators who made mobile videos and blew whistles during the attack were actually pre-briefed facilitators and BYC workers.
According to a senior officer connected to the investigation (name withheld), three hours before the attack, a Thuraya IP+ terminal installed in the middle of Surab hit the Park Thuraya satellite at 14.22°E with a ping of 28.49°N, 66.26°E on the L-band.
This evidence shows that a terrorist commander received instructions directly from the war room located on Lodhi Road in New Delhi.
Security sources revealed that the calls at 02:13, 02:31 and 03:07 repeated the BLA code Project Peacock, the purpose of which was not just looting but also to create the impression in the international media that Pakistan’s writ in Balochistan had been dissolved.
